AW02 “Virginia Creeper” Roots Hoodie (Wine)

AW02 Virginia Creeper “Roots” Hooded Sweatshirt. One of the most iconic seasons in regards from graphic heavy Raf Simons connoisseurs. Decay and Americana were two main elements of the season which renders this hoodie quintessential in representation of both of those themes, making this a staple Virginia Creeper piece. The Acid wash treatment slowly eats away at the fabric, leaving scars on the hoodie’s surface molded around the wearer. “Virginia Creeper” is labeled throughout, resembling an old American collegiate sweater or varsity logo. On the back is print of “roots” spreading out. More vibrant and rarer wine/red colourway.

Raf’s signature acid wash treatment is unique to each item. Some distressing is from use while others simply were sold with heavily distributed distressing. Size 48, fits a slim M, slightly shrunk from the oversized fit.
