SS03 “Scab” Fringe Suit
Undercover SS03 "Scab" Suit. Scab, posted quite often here, is Jun's well acclaimed collection debut of his brand in Paris. The iconography and designs were based from various bands, but predominantly from the band "Sedition" and more so the "Earthbeat LP". Suit is crudely patched throughout pulled together with hand stitching, fringes hanging from seams. All details are jacquarded into fabric. Viscose lining extends to cuffs. Blazer is oversized and loose on shoulders. Pants are fitted. 7/10 condition. Please note the pants are heavily tailored and fit more so a 28 despite being an L (tag is removed). They may be restored to their original state as some of the original fabric is folded in. Blazer is an M, fits oversized.$680 -
FW13 Anatomicouture Leather Rider
Undercover FW13 Anatomicouture Leather Rider. The Anatomicouture collection visualized Jun’s study with human anatomy. One of the iconic designs that came from the collection is the “hagi” layered pattern, typically on bottoms, and the “ribcage” shown here as a white leather cutout sewn on the backside of the moto. Like other outwear from the collection, the jacket is mildly insulated with thin quilt in muave. Zipper pockets and cinches with concealed plackets. Zip around compartment pockets.
The Leather Rider is the staple jacket from the FW13 season and is unfortunately only available in sizes on the smaller end. Here we have a coveted and rarely surfaced size 5, the largest size available from undercover, for sale.
Sz5 Fits L-XL. 8.5/10 condition. -
AW03 “Paperdoll” Osama/Bush Skull Down Puffer
Undercover AW03 "Paper Doll" Osama/Bush Down Puffer Jacket. Along with the iconic hybrid reconstructed jacket and pants from the coveted "Paper Doll" collection are two patterns depicting the faces of American President George W Bush and Al-Queda Founder Osama Bin Laden in forms of military camouflage which were applied on various garments. Jun Takahashi, similar to his strongest source of inspiration, Vivienne Westwood, never came short in expressing his anti war sentiments in the peak iconoclast eras of Undercover -- These were, for the most part, exclusive to the mens collections. Possibly due to Takahashi's focus on women's fashion as a creative outlet while the men's designs were focused on what he sees himself wearing. Fairly recently however, Undercover is said to have take a strong shift in its principles by focusing on the conceptual aspect of menswear. Down jacket has osama/bush pasted on the eyes of skulls and patterned in different contrasts of moss green. Nylon outer, with down feather insulation. Multiple hidden compartments in the back and two small hidden zip pockets in the left arm. What looks like a removable blank velcro nameplate on front and back. YKK zippers. 8/10 condition. Sz M, fits true.$433 -
AW16 “Instant Calm” Baroque Leather Jacket
Undercover AW16 "Instant Calm" Leather Jacket. AW16 featured an easy pastel palette -- baby blues, periwinkle, mauve, tweeded greys all on a backdrop with baroque detailing. Said detailing was repurposed as a design motif for this leather jacket with the same muted mauve. Striking detail at the edges of the cuffs and bottom hem. Gold hardware, including buckles, zipper pulls and snap buttons. 8/10 condition. There are mild streaks in the underarm. Mild creasing. Sz 3, fits a M-L. This fits rather large for an undercover jacket.$1,105 -
SS03 “Scab” 50/50 Military Jacket
Undercover SS03 "Scab" Military Jacket 50/50. SS03 was the Paris reveal of Jun Takahashi's label featuring edgy motifs tied with punk and iconoclast elements. Runway models walked with hanging fabric, crudely sewn in patches with hoods and toe cut boots. Jacket here consists of Anti-War sentiments, vivienne/world's end references and military semblance. Sz L, fits Large loosely. 8/10 condition. One cosmetic button missing.$602 -

Undercover SS06 "The Amazing Tale of Zamiang" Flannel. Button up flannel is reconstructed with a shirt on back which sports a graphic based on Jun Takahashi's fabricated German progressive rock band "Zamiang". For SS06 Jun sought out to recapture the prog era of 80's rock with the crudely constructed, patchwork ridden shirts, jackets and pants that fans and concert goers tend to wear. Undercover featured a handful of made-up bands and even went to extents to create concert wristbands, backstages passes and entire blank record albums with album art + lyrics sheet. 7.5/10 condition, mild fading. “One Off” 1/1 “Scab” Reconstructed Zip Military Jacket
Undercover 1/1 "One Off" "Scab" Reconstructed Military Jacket. As with the other One Off "UNDAKOVR" pieces, Jun's team or from time to time Jun himself creates one of one pieces for events, personal gifts or thrown out to the audience in his cover-band concerts. Said pieces are typically cut out from left over fabrics or vintage garments and applied with seasonal screen prints. Rarer pieces, as with this jacket here, take design motifs and elements from the then-current season and constructed from leftover fabric, patterns and clothes into new garments. This jacket is made from Undercover's most iconic collection titled "Scab" from SS2003 and borrows the "ethnic" fabric used repeatedly on the runway. Right arm is sourced from a loose vintage sweatshirt. Base is a military jacket with the button placket replaced with a zip up. Left arm has a "Scab" trim and crude handmade stitches with the "ethnic" pattern as lining. Collar is replaced with a similar fabric and contrast crude stitching. Back yoke area stamped with "Undakovr One Off" as with all UC one of one garments. 9/10 condition. Size not listed, fits like a boxy S.$551 -
SS06 “T” “Zamiang” Varsity Jacket
Undercover SS06 "T" "Zamiang" Varsity Bomber. SS06 was Jun Takahashi's most adored collection, outside of SS03 "Scab", which featured memorabilia and "merchandise" from a handful of bands completely fabricated from Takahashi's mind with their own lyrics, blank records, band passes, custom graphics, concert wristband and ethos. Pieces on the runway were cut out from multiple band tees and sewn or patched onto vintage leather, as they did in the 1980's german progressive rock/punk scene. For sale here is a varsity jacket with chenille appliques, cotton band patches and SS06 motifs from the album "The Crouh" by "Zamiang/House of Zamiang". Chenille patches on the arms as well as back and chest. Crudely sewn patches on chest. Custom "Zam" inner tag which resembles band merchandise. 9/10 condition. Size L. Fits smaller.$340 -
SS11 “Underman” Denim Jacket
Undercover SS11 "Underman" Denim Jacket. Jun Takahashi modeled this season after childhood 'superhero' "Ultraman". Unlike Ultraman however, "Underman" is a hero that saves the souls of individuals who have lost them to evil beings. Underman's endeavors are to put an end to soulless world and return them to their rightful owners. Most of the men's collection for SS11 feature graphics and labels revolving around Underman on technical or urban wear. Lots of muted palettes, paneled fabrics and small hardware details. This Underman denim jacket consists of "Underman" labeled buttons with "The Empty World" (The Soulless world) embroidered above one of the pockets on a washed muddy brown light twill cotton. Two chest pockets. Zipper embellishment on the bottom. 7.5/10 condition. Wear on the buttons. Size 2$200 -
Karl Marx Jacquard Button Up

Hard to find size 4 "When the rate of return on capital exceeds the rate of growth of output and income, as it did in the nineteenth century and seems quite likely to do again in the twenty-first, capitalism automatically generates arbitrary and unsustainable inequalities that radically undermine the meritocratic values on which democratic societies are based." - Capital in the Twenty-First Century 9/10 condition. Size 4 fits a large.$200 -
FW02 “Witch’s Cell Division” “REBELGODS” Velvet Bomber

"REBELGODS" printed on front and back over a soft and thick velvet. Detailed distressing all over, crudely stitched red yarn, Patti Smith thunderbolt on knee, displaced pockets. The more celebrated version, in black with a ribcage on the back, has the same embellishment on the sleeves but no where near as detailed in comparison to the version shown here. SS14 “GODOG” Self-Titled Shirt
Undercover's SS14 revolved around lyrics + ethos from a few post punk/rock bands including Jesus and the Mary Chain and The Savages. The opening manifesto for the runway featured a small lyrical passage from The Savages: "The world used to be silent/Now it has too many voices/And the noises are constant distraction/They multiply, intensify." One of the key design elements for the women's collection was word play. Garments sported words such as "Insult/Sunlit" "Listen/Silent" "Noise/Thoughts" and the collection's title "God/Dog". Some of the wordplay was rather political while others were mildly intriguing with the remaining few being fun anagrams. 100% cotton Tee with graphic, undercover title at bottom and collection title slightly below that. 8/10 condition. Sz 2 Fits a small.$70$51 -
“Arts and Crafts” Monster Teeth 68 Denim
Undercover "Monster Teeth" 68 from 05 Arts and Crafts. Molded by the classic 68 design, highly sought after by collectors, UC enthusiasts and the like, is this pair of 68 that's in a white/salmon colour with metallic embroidery. The gold/silver embroidery used to detail the distressed areas glisten and reflect, bolding the customized accents. Above the signature UC lighting bolt is a green yarn with "teeth" over it resembling the motif Jun has used in the aw05 season for jewelry and graphics. These embellishments are unique to this jean which was unfortunately only released for women and never reissued making bigger sizes harder to find for men. The fabric is not a light ounce denim like other 68s, but made from a medium weight summer-poplin material. 8/10 condition. Size 3 and fits a 28-29.$515$404 -
FW09 “Earmuff Maniac” Scab Pants
Undercover FW09 "Earmuff Maniac" Scab Pants. FW09 was a strong season by Jun Takahashi comprised of gradients, heavy padded jackets, and a lot of warm reds and oranges. For the men's collection however Jun took another stab at his highly influential "scab" aesthetic. Takahashi's first Paris debut SS03 "Scab" roared throughout the fashion week with crude patchwork, ethnic trimmings and a lot of uncalculated embroidery. With the habit of revisiting many of his past collections, Scab takes the crown for the most revisits/reinterpretations and is sprinkled throughout men's collections. This is a reinterpretation of the nearly impossible to find "Scab" ethnic pant. Although the original is in a different league in terms of detail, design and craftsmanship these fw09 pairs updates the silhouette, mutes the colours and makes it more "digestible" for the wearer. Ethnic trimmings along the belt loops, elastic waist, knitted details, scab patches in mute colours. 8/10 condition. A small crotch tear on the backside has been mildly repaired. Size 2 fits 30-31.$650$510 -
SS06 Oversized Camo Bomber
Undercover SS06 Camo Bomber. SS06 is one of Undercover’s most beloved collections by collectors which featured 5 completely fabricated German progressive rock bands with their own records, graphics, back stage passes, concert wristbands, lyrics and ethos. Pieces from this collection were stitched up from band tees with patches and embroideries from said made-up bands. Zamiang title printed on back, undercover records printed on arm, "Crouh" album printed on front, Klaus graphic printed on shoulder. Bomber is rather loose and oversized at shoulder and arms, making it a great final layer centerpiece. 8.5/10 condition, distressing is part of design. Size 2 fits M-L$625 -
“But Beautiful” 60 Denim
Undercover "But Beautiful" 60 Denim. The highly sought after 68's little cousin, this pair is rife with light distresses, cuts and patches instead clumps of larger details. Crotch patch and circular patch in the back with contrast pink stitching. Patch on right front knee, blowouts and crudely sewed patches on left. Indigo washed denim, heavy fades around thighs and lightly around knee. Small fun fact: The numerical nomenclature for jeans, "85" "60" "78" "68", is actually adopted by undercover fans and isn't officially recognized by Undercover or Jun Takahashi. The names originated from the first two digits of their retail prices. The "85" however actually retailed for much more but for some reason is still referred to as the "85". 8/10 condition. Size 2 Fits 30-31.$285$250 -
SS07 “Purple” Tailored Leather Sleeve Perfecto
SS07 "Purple" Leather Sleeve Tailored Perfecto. This is the leather sleeve tailored jacket in the more sought after "Short-Collared" version. Tailored jacket clashes with moto perfecto -- A fine example of Jun Takahashi's rebuilt/reconstructed pieces. The torso/body section is deconstructed and ripped out from a whole jacket, with the distressed lamb moto sleeves attached to the inner lining of the jacket, with the leather reaching the mid-chest. The novice designer would start the leather where the shoulder meets the sleeves and sew it down, but an entire hand and a half can fit underneath the cutoff shoulder blade. This attentive detail is a prime example of what separates Jun's subtle deconstruction efforts from the rest, with many more hidden in other staple pieces. 8.5/10 condition. Size 2, perfect for a slim medium.$353
